Tibetan Spirit – Jon Richards

Jon Richards

Jon Richards is a UK-based instrumental artist, specialising in melodic, instrumental music. Profoundly affected by music from a very early age, Jon took up private piano lessons and throughout his formative years, he played in many bands, worked as a session musician and wrote and arranged music for theatre companies. In 2011, Jon released his debut for MG Music, “Elysian Fields” and followed it up in 2012 with “The Sacred Tree”, which is still in the bestsellers top 20 a year after its release. He has just released his third album, “Tibetan Spirit” for the highly successful “Wild” series. His early influences include Vangelis and Jean-Michel Jarre – his inspiration is from nature. Jon enjoys crossing the boundaries of genres and creating musical hybrids; as a result, he provides the listener with an uplifting, vibrant and refreshing approach to New Age music.
