How long will my CD order take?
We ship all orders immediately. Please see full details on the SHIPPING page. The further away you are, please be patient, particularly around holiday times and Christmas when postage can get delayed.
What should I do if I am worried about an order?
Please use the CONTACT US page, e-mail us and let us know the problem, we will respond very quickly and resolve your concern. We’re here to help.
Where is my download?
After you have paid for your order, you will receive an e-mail with links inviting you to download your order instantly. If for any reason that does not happen, please use the CONTACT US page and let us know. We will send you the link again quickly. Before you do so check any spam filter folder you may have.

Do you ship orders to my country?
Yes, no matter where you live we will post it there.
Will your CD’s play on my CD player, I live in the USA?
Yes, our CD’s will play on any player worldwide. Only DVD & Blueray discs are region coded, not CD’s.
I don’t have a paypal account does that mean I can’t order?
You can pay using any of the major credit cards by selecting the option “I don’t have an account and wish to pay by credit card”, which can be seen on the paypal checkout screen on the lower right. You may of course use funds in a paypal account if you have one. You may also use Google checkout which also offers a credit card facility and its own account facility. All methods are fully secure.
I live overseas, how do I know what your prices are in my own currency?
Please notice we have provided a link on our home page to a currency converter.
Is your shopping cart and checkout secure?
Yes our shopping carts and checkout are fully secure and safe and are handled by Paypal’s or Google’s own encryption security.
How secure is my private information?
All private information is handled securely by paypal’s own security systems.
I have received a faulty CD, what do I do?
Whilst this is very rare, please use the contact page and let us know the problem so we may best help you quickly.
My order has not arrived what do I do?
From time to time an item may get lost in the post. Use the contact us page to inform us straight away and we will take care of you immediately. In the case of lost mail we usually send you a replacement order within 24hrs.
I am a therapist, would you create original music and produce my project CD for me?
Yes we produce CD projects for therapists all the time. Use the CONTACT US page to ask for details.
I am a shop keeper, wholesaler, distributor interested in stocking and selling your products.

I am a new age composer, artist, interested in joining your label, how do I get in touch?
Artist Demo’s - Please note we are a label and only distribute and sell our own products, we do not buy in other products.
